The 44th Annual Wyoming Women's State Bowling Tournament held the Team Event at Starlite Lanes in conjuntion with the Doubles & Singles Event at Valley View Lanes in Riverton, Wyoming.
The tournament ran from April 28th through May 16th, 1989. The Class A Singles was won by Linda Cunningham from Gillette with a 720. The Class B Singles was won by Tammi Kuntz from Gillette with a 739. The Class C Singles was won by Laurabelle Jones from Edgerton and Carrie Miller from Laramie (tie) with a 702. The Class A Doubles was won by Marla Gines and Jackie Dolce from Rock Springs with a 1346. The Class B Doubles was won by Imelda Florez and Shelly Lohof from Lovell with a 1380. The Class C Doubles was won by Cindy Gearhardt and Trish Edwards from Linch with a 1319. The Class A Team was won by Ropers Paint from Lander with a 3047. The Class B Team was won by The Misfits from Gillette with a 3068. The Class C Team was won by M-Bench Water from Edgerton with a 3003. The Class A Scratch All Events was won by Phyllis Lougue from Lander with a 1735. The Class B Scratch All Events was won by Tammi Kuntz from Gillette with a 1694. The Class C Scratch All Events was won by Darcel Conklin from Kaycee with a 1464. The Class A Handicap All Events was won by Lee Ann Goudy from Guernsey with a 1999. The Class B Handicap All Events was won by Tammi Kuntz from Gillette with a 2162. The Class C Handicap All Events was won by Darcel Conklin from Kaycee with a 1996. The High Scratch Game was won by Pat Ruskanen with a 256. The High Scratch Series was won by Linda Cunningham with a 636. |
